Flyer
The flyer is the girl that goes up into the air and performs. The flyer is the top of the stunt. It is important for the flyer to stay tight and lock their legs. When they get into the air they put there arms into a "high v" and they smile. A high v is when you make your arms into a v shape above your head. When coming down they either bump or cradle. A bump the flyer stays locked and then bends there knees to get down. A cradle is when the flyer is popped and they ride it down. When cradling they stay tight and their bases catch them in a laying position.
